It must not be treated as a certification of the YSEN’S brand or of every product in our catalogue.
This page explains the types of records currently held, what they mean and how professional buyers, marketplaces and compliance partners can request verification.
How We Manage Product Documentation
- Product-specific scope: records are matched to the named product, formula and package version.
- Version control: a reformulation, new manufacturer, new responsible person or packaging change may require the record to be reviewed or updated.
- Purpose-based access: relevant documents may be provided to marketplaces, distributors and compliance partners after the product and intended market have been confirmed.
- Accurate terminology: a listing, notification or safety assessment is described by its correct name and is not presented as government approval or brand certification.

Important: documentation for one formula must not be used to support another formula simply because the products have similar names or belong to the same kit. Older kit records are not used to substantiate a current version unless the SKU, formula and packaging correspondence has been confirmed.
What These Records Mean
U.S. FDA Cosmetic Product Listing
Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA), responsible persons must list applicable marketed cosmetic products with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and maintain required updates. The identified YSEN’S Glue Balm has a cosmetic product listing record on file.
An FDA cosmetic product listing is not FDA approval, FDA certification or an endorsement. FDA states that cosmetic facility registration and product listing are neither an approval programme nor a promotional tool.
European Commission CPNP Notification
