These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.ysensbeauty.com and purchases from Guangzhou Yichen Trading Co., Limited (trading as Ysen's Beauty) ("Ysen's Beauty", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Site or our products for unlawful purposes, interfere with Site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site without authorization, infringe intellectual-property rights or submit false or misleading information.

3. Product information and responsible use

We try to present product descriptions, images, colors, ingredients, contents, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, packaging updates and manufacturing tolerances may cause reasonable differences. We may correct errors before or after an order is placed and will contact you if a material correction affects your order.

Beauty products, adhesives, treatment formulas, pads and tools have different intended users and instructions. Read the current product page, label, directions, warnings, sensitivity-test instructions and storage requirements for the exact product. Do not assume that instructions or processing times are interchangeable. Some products may be intended for trained professionals. Stop use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs and seek appropriate advice.

Educational content is general product information and does not replace accredited training, medical advice, applicable professional rules or the instructions supplied with a product.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, pricing errors or legal requirements. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, depending on applicable law.

You must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We may limit quantities, cancel duplicate or suspicious orders, or request verification. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and available currencies are shown on the Site and may change without notice before an order is accepted. Shipping charges, taxes and duties are displayed at checkout where we collect them. Your payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, weather, peak periods, address issues or events outside reasonable control. Your mandatory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

7. Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and other jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal, conformity and guarantee rights in addition to our voluntary policy.

8. Promotions, gift cards and wholesale

Promotions, discount codes and gift cards may have separate conditions and cannot be combined unless stated. Wholesale, distribution, private-label and OEM transactions may require a separate written agreement; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, product photography, videos, designs, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Ysen's Beauty and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No other use, reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation is permitted without written authorization.

10. Reviews and submitted content

You remain responsible for content you submit. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, abusive or malicious content. When you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video or other content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, translate and display that content for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy law and any specific agreement with you. Gifts for participation are not conditioned on a positive review or rating.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social networks and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control, but this does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue Site features or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We will not make changes to an accepted order without your agreement except where required by law or necessary to correct an obvious error, in which case you may have cancellation or refund rights.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties, guarantees or remedies that apply under mandatory consumer law. Product-specific warranties or guarantees, if any, are stated with the relevant product.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those exceptions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not a natural consequence of our breach, or for business losses incurred by a consumer using products for commercial purposes.

15. Indemnity for business misuse

If you use the Site or products for business purposes, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses caused by your unlawful misuse, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to the extent prohibited by consumer law.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict access for fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats or material breach. Rights and obligations that by nature should survive termination will continue.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Consumers may bring claims in any court available to them under mandatory law. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact bruce@ysensbeauty.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the Site and future orders. The current version and revision date will be posted here. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you.

19. Language

Translations are provided for customer convenience. Where mandatory law requires information in a local language, that language version applies to the extent required by law.
